Kratom: Our products are not for use by or sale to persons under the age of 18, and 21 where applicable. Sales of Kratom is banned in the following U.S. states: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington D.C., and Wisconsin. It is also banned in the following counties and cities: Alton (IL), Ascension Parish (LA), Columbus (MS), Concordia Parish (LA), Denver (CO), Edwardsville (IL), Franklin (LA), Franklin (NH), Grant Parish (LA), Jerseyville (IL), Malheur County (OR), Monument (CO), Newport Beach (CA), Oceanside (CA), Parker (CO), Rapides Parish (LA), San Diego (CA), Sarasota County (FL), and Union County (MS). We will not ship any product to banned states.

We do not ship internationally. ID verification is required for the following states: Florida, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia. Kratom is not intended to treat, cure, or mitigate any disease, illness, ailment, or condition. Please consult your doctor before consuming any new products. Kratom has not been tested on pregnant women. Please refer to FDA alert 54-15 for more information. We make no representations regarding the intended use or suitability for use.

Enhanced Kratom: Enhanced Kratom cannot be shipped to Tennessee, state residents will require to upload an ID to show they are 21+ to receive non-enhanced products. Merchants may not ship to military bases.
