Kratom is legal in Arizona. Arizona legalizes Kratom under the Kratom Consumer Protection Act, which came into effect in April 2019. This Act states that Kratom is legal for anyone over the age of 18. This Act has placed proper protocols when it comes to the regulation of sales, production, distribution, and labeling of Kratom.
